While the Spinning® program will always have its roots in heart rate and power to boost our riders' performance, there is another form of training that can hugely benefit our students. It's flexibility! Since we generally relegate to the end of the class, it's a good idea to look at the many benefits of flexibility training and how you can incorporate more of it in your classes.
