Intervals for VO2 Max Gains: Alternating short, high-powered bursts of power with active recovery, as a cyclical technique, can seriously raise your VO2max with consistency and perseverance to training. Scaling the Pyramid: We will simulate this Pyramid Climb in two sections: One 12-minute climb in four stages of 3-minute increments, followed by Active Recovery, with a 5-minute Active Recovery cruise.
